POOLTECHS was founded by Phil Pascucci and is a family owned and operated business. Phil is a 20 year veteran of the Swimming Pool industry, his experience includes the positions of Design Consultant, Sales Manager, General Manager and ultimately Regional Vice President for the largest pool company in the United States. Phil is joined at POOLTECHS by his son Dean who has also spent 16 years in the Swimming Pool industry owning and operating successful Pool service, Pool plumbing, and Pool excavation companies along the way.
